Ben and David have each worked in the industry for 15 years, working on prominent high-profile residential real estate development projects. We have come together to create Framework Real Estate Group, a team designed to offer our wealth of experience to real estate developers looking for consultation and a hands-on approach to all aspects of planning and executing a new project.

David’s interest in real estate emerged while living in New York City and earning his marketing degree from Sy Syms School of Business. David walked the streets of New York and watched the transformation of neighbourhoods through real estate development. David’s marketing career began in 1999 (during the dot com boom) at Barewalls.com, a successful Internet start-up that sold prints online. His dot com success drew the attention of Ogilvy & Mather in NYC who recruited him to create interactive marketing strategies for their high-profile IBM account. In 2002, David moved to Toronto as Marketing Director at The Snider Group, a firm focused on forming real estate limited partnerships. One of these partnership projects was Orchards Walk, a master planned urban community in Kamloops, BC. David was the Marketing and Sales Director for the development, which provided the opportunity to merge his passions of real estate and marketing strategy. Under David’s direction and leadership, the development was nominated for five marketing related Georgie Awards, taking Gold in three categories including Best Marketing Campaign. David’s real estate marketing success motivated a move to Vancouver in 2004 where he has managed the marketing and sales of over 30 multi-family residential projects in Greater Vancouver.

Ben believes that through hard work, dedication, tenacity and creativity, anything can be achieved. His sales career started with selling art. His passion for real estate emerged when he moved to Vancouver in 2005. While living downtown, Ben watched as neighbourhoods rapidly transformed through development. Ben decided to pursue a career in real estate and became a licensed Realtor in 2007. Whether working on a small studio, a multi million-dollar penthouse, or a new development, Ben devoted himself to achieving optimum results while providing unparalleled level of service and attention to every client. This approach earned Ben the honour of being awarded the Georgie Award for top sales person in British Columbia by the Canadian Home Builders Association.
